We want you to get your Lumibook and-/or LumiSens as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and returns.

How long does delivery take?
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes around 7 days, depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we ship worldwide, so no matter where you are, your order can be delivered right to your door.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey the whole way. You can also track your order anytime directly on our site using our Track Your Order page.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If it hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update the address before it ships.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us at hello@novelumi.com within 30days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return or exchange it, completely free of charge.
