Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared and dispatched for shipment. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days
  • Europe: 5–15 business days

  • Other International Locations: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, local courier services, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking details may take up to 72 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
