We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse.
- All original packaging and accessories should be included.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like a replacement item, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
